Port of Golfo Aranci – ferries to Sardinia

The port of Golfo Aranci is located on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, just a few kilometres from Olbia, and plays an important role in ferry connections to mainland Italy.

How to get there

Golfo Aranci is easily accessible by car from Olbia via the SS125 road. The town also has a railway station with direct connections to Olbia and Cagliari.

Golfo Aranci Located 15 minutes from the port of Olbia (just half an hour by boat), the port of Golfo Aranci is the closest Sardinian port to the Continent. With an annual traffic approaching one million passengers, it was originally a maritime terminal for the railway service transporting passengers and goods. It is equipped with docks, mooring and railway tracks for large tonnage passenger ships. There is also a Maritime Station, where offices and reception services are located. The port mainly serves ferry routes between mainland Italy and Sardinia, offering a fast and convenient arrival point, especially for travellers with vehicles.
